Artist Bio:
In February of 2003 with the small savings she had, Heather Handler stood in the back of a printing shop just south of Seattle looking down at a very small run of eight greeting card designs just off the press. It was in this moment that she knew she had created something. The line has currently grown into sixty three greeting cards, magnets, boxed notes, prints, baby shirts, and adult t-shirts.

Heather has found a way to weave together the whimsical with the sophistication of timelessness in her designs. None of the work she creates reflects current trends. Instead, it allows someone to remember or inspire or simply to sit in the moment. She says she tries to write and create everyday, continuously seeking the oddities and inspirations of life, the little things that inspire us to live bigger, more fulfilling existences.

After spending time in many cities across the states, Heather has settled in San Francisco where she feels extremely lucky to live. She is excited for the future and will continue to create products with her words, images and designs. She is grateful for every item sold, knowing that the messages or images have somehow touched another person; helping her to connect with people she’s never met.
